You own or have the necessary rights to post the User Content

The User Content is not defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate in our sole discretion.

5. Donations

Our Services may provide the ability to make donations to New Jerusalem Church Kenya. All donations are voluntary and non-refundable.

By making a donation, you represent and warrant that:

You are using your own funds and have the legal right to make the donation
The payment information you provide is accurate and complete
You authorize us to charge the donation amount to your selected payment method

We use third-party payment processors for donations, and your use of these services is subject to their terms and privacy policies.
